The jewelry is shipped via registered air mail with a tracking code, ensuring that you can follow its journey to you.

  3. While we do our best to provide accurate delivery times, please keep in mind that occasional delays might occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs or holidays. Any customs taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Returns and Exchanges: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange unworn jewelry. Simply reach out to us at OTILYAS@GMAIL.COM to initiate the process.

    Returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we'll promptly notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, typically within a certain number of days, and credited to your original method of payment.

    For pieces made of full gold, kindly note that the refund amount will be 80% of the purchase value.
